1. Introduction
Veyronix B.V. (“Veyronix”, “we”, “us”) operates a multichain settlement gateway. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law of The Netherlands.
2. What we collect
We minimise data collection by design. We may process:
- Network metadata — IP addresses, timestamps and transport-level logs required to operate, secure and debug the service.
- Contact data — name, email and company, only if you voluntarily contact us or request access to the platform.
- On-chain identifiers — wallet or account addresses you submit for settlement purposes.
3. How we use it
- To provide, maintain and secure the gateway.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
- To respond to enquiries and support requests.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not run behavioural advertising or third-party marketing trackers on this site.
4. Third-party services
Market pricing is retrieved from public market-data providers (for example, CoinGecko) solely to display indicative settlement prices. Requests are made server-to-server and are subject to the respective provider's terms. No personal data is forwarded to pricing providers.
5. Cookies & analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Any strictly necessary local storage is limited to session state and is not used to identify you across sites.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, or as required to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server-side price caching is ephemeral and contains no personal data.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact us at ops@arcova.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and least-privilege principals. The gateway surfaces no private keys and operates non-custodially where applicable.
9. Contact
For any privacy-related question, contact our data team at ops@arcova.pro or by post at the registered office address listed on this website.
